They had a slightly outdated interface for their powerful payroll engine that was affecting the sales of their product.
We communicated and explored unique selling points of our clients existing system. Afterwards we clearly identified project goals, with regular status reports, design reviews, and consistent contact with our clients. We were able to incorporate new ideas and changes throughout the scope of the project, and meet their specific needs.
Once we implemented new UX design and our hand-crafted TM Dev Labs interface, their revenue increased by 16% by the end of 2014. There was 22 % increase in web traffic, and 39% increase in average browsing time during the same period.

Bushnell has been the industry leader in high-performance sports optics for more than 65 years. Their guiding principle is to provide the highest quality, most reliable and affordable sports optics products on the market. TM Dev Labs’corporatechallenge was to make a custom software which will test LCD rangefinders for debris and defects, in order to boast our clients' leading market share in all of the sports optics categories.
We created a custom Windows application to measure and detect debris and defects on LCD rangefinders. The basic setup consisted of a backlight to provide constant illumination into the Device Under Test. A USB camera with appropriate lens was used to image the LCD field. Application identifies the debris/defects, appropriately sizes, and determines pass/fail of the device, prints and saves the images.
As of the beginning of 2013, Bushnell have the ability to automatically test manufactured lenses for defects. TM Dev Labs is proud to be a part of that story.

We created a standalone Windows application that was installed on rep's laptop with it's own database. Application synchronizes all the data with the parent Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system when connected to the network. App system was developed to deliver a greater sales process visibility and transparency, with intuitive reporting and sales analytics

Our clients were using Windows application with the SQL Express back end installed on their site. Usually, those are small shops without an ability to host a web server to provide their clients Internet access. The challenge was to provide their clients Internet access to their data, without having to re-design application to support hosted data environment.
We created a replication system for SQL Express servers in order to merge the data between two different servers with the same database schema.
